Country context

Choosing a broker
in United Arab Emirates.

Mainland UAE, DIFC and ADGM operate under different frameworks. A DIFC register entry should not be treated as proof of authorisation for every UAE entity.

Begin with the local authority

The authority responsible for your entity and jurisdiction is a starting point for checking current permissions and investor information. Rules can change; read current official information and identify the exact company and product involved.

Confirm your contracting entity

A global brand can direct residents of different countries to different companies. Find the company name in your account agreement, check its permissions and confirm whether it can offer the product to you. Do not assume that another country’s compensation or dispute scheme covers your account.

Check practical account conditions

Review base currency, conversion costs, identity verification, funding ownership rules and withdrawals. Check whether the local version supports the platform you need.
